RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION - LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY AND RETURN FOR DEFECT OR NON-CONFORMITY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Upon receiving the order, you must still wait 24 hours to allow the delivery update within your personal account. Once the update has occurred, the possibility to proceed with the return request will be enabled.
Those who purchase in November and December can request product replacement no later than January 10th.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you want to make a return or exchange, write an email to web@drumohr.com with your request, customer service will take care of booking a courier. The package must be delivered to the courier as it was received. Once the package has returned to the company, a refund will be issued or a replacement shipment will be made based on the customer's request. It is important to note that return shipping costs will be paid to the customer only in case of first return
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY - RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In case of defects and/or non-conformity, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. If you have received a damaged, non-conforming, defective or incorrect product, you can request repair or replacement or refund of the item within and no later than 2 (two) months from discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, which covers product conformity defects for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from delivery. To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - indicating as specific reason "Damaged, non-conforming product or incorrect shipment" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible. Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to proceed with shipping. Authorization to return the product will not in any way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product. In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will proceed to make the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
