Welcome to our website. This Privacy Policy explains the methods and purposes of personal data processing carried out by the data controller. It applies whenever a user navigates through the pages of the website www.drumohr.com (the "SITE"), regardless of whether they decide to use the services offered or purchase the products displayed. This document is to be considered an integral part of the General Terms of Use of the Site, which also contains information regarding privacy and security systems adopted by the Site. The processing of users' personal data will be carried out in Italy and in accordance with applicable European regulations and Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, containing the Code regarding the protection of personal data (the "CODE"). This document was drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of the CODE by ROBERTSON Srl, with registered office in via Manzoni 45 - 20121 Milan, tax code, VAT number and registration number in the Milan Business Register MI 1855665.
1. THE POLICY
Every person has the right to the protection of their personal data. Robertson Srl respects the right of its users to be informed about the collection and processing methods of their personal data. The Joint Controllers undertake to respect a principle of strict necessity in the processing of data that may identify the user, even indirectly. For this reason, the Site has been configured so that the use of personal data is reduced to the minimum necessary and in such a way as to exclude processing when the purposes can be achieved through the use of anonymous data or through other methods that allow the identification of the interested party only if necessary or at the request of authorities and police forces. This Policy provides all useful information to understand how we collect and use the personal data of Site users.
2. WHO PROCESSES THE DATA, HOW AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES
Robertson Srl Digitale is the joint controller of the processing of personal data of Site users exclusively for the purposes of managing, concluding and executing commercial transactions relating to the purchase of products through the Site itself. During the purchasing processes on the Site, drumohr collects personal data (such as personal details, email address, postal address, bank and credit card details, telephone number) through the order form. Personal data is primarily processed in electronic format and, in some cases, also in paper format (for example to prevent fraud). The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed, and in any case within the limits of the law. Interested parties are invited to communicate any changes to the data by writing to: customercare@drumohr.com Unless otherwise provided, users' personal data will not be communicated to third parties for purposes not permitted by law or without express consent. The data may be made available to third parties for ancillary purposes related to the provision of services requested by the user (e.g. for the purchase of products). More details are provided after paragraph 4. The data may be communicated to judicial or police authorities in accordance with the law and where requested. The data will not be transferred to non-EU countries that do not guarantee an adequate level of protection. If necessary, the transfer will only take place after the stipulation of specific contracts with safeguard clauses in compliance with current legislation. The purposes of the processing are indicated, from time to time, in the information text present on the data collection page. Robertson Srl may process personal data of third parties communicated directly by users (e.g. sending products to third parties or reporting services). In these cases, Robertson Srl will inform the third parties and, if necessary, will request their consent.
3. FAILURE TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA AND CONSEQUENCES
The provision to Robertson Srl of personal data (personal details, email, postal address, bank and telephone data) is necessary for the purposes indicated above. Some data are mandatory due to legal obligations or for the provision of the requested services. Failure to provide mandatory data (marked with *) may make it impossible to conclude the purchase contract or provide the requested service. The provision of additional data is optional and does not affect the purchase of products.
4. TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA IS COMMUNICATED
The data will not be communicated, transferred or sold to third parties without prior information and, where required by law, without the user's consent.
5. HOW WE COLLECT DATA ON THE SITE
Robertson Srl collects personal data during online registration processes or the submission of order forms for the purchase of products. Such data is processed within the limits and for the specific purposes specified in the information notice present in the data collection section.
6. SECURITY MEASURES
Robertson Srl has adopted security measures to minimize the risks of destruction or loss of data, unauthorized access or processing not in accordance with the indicated purposes. However, it is not possible to guarantee the total elimination of such risks. Users are advised to equip themselves with updated antivirus software and that their provider adopts firewalls and anti-spam filters suitable for the security of online data transmission.
7. RIGHT OF ACCESS TO DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
The user always has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them and their communication in intelligible form. They also have the right to know: the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of electronic processing, the identification details of the data controller and processors, the subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it. Furthermore, the user has the right to obtain: updating, rectification or integration of data, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, attestation that such operations have been brought to the attention of the subjects to whom the data have been communicated, unless this is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Finally, they have the right to object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the processing for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct marketing or market research. The Code guarantees that the processing takes place in respect of the fundamental rights and freedoms, the dignity of the interested party and, in particular, privacy and personal identity.

The Joint Controllers may modify or update, in whole or in part, the Policy also following regulatory changes. The changes will be communicated on the Homepage of the Site and will be binding as soon as they are published.
