2. WHO TREAT THE DATA, HOW AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE
Robertson Srl Digitale is co-owner of the processing of personal data of users of the Site exclusively for the purposes of managing, concluding and executing commercial transactions concerning the purchase of products through the same Site.

3. FAILURE TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA AND CONSEQUENCES
The provision of personal data to Robertson Srl and, in particular, personal data, e-mail address, postal address, credit / debit card details and bank details and telephone number is necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
Some of these data may be indispensable for fulfilling obligations deriving from laws or regulations or for the supply of other services rendered on the Site and requested by the user.
Failure to provide certain necessary data, identified on the Site with the character (*), could make it impossible to execute the product purchase contract or to correctly fulfill legal and regulatory obligations. The indication to Robertson Srl of further Personal Data, other than that of mandatory conferment, is instead optional and does not entail any consequence in relation to the purchase of products on the Site.
4. TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA ARE COMMUNICATED
The data will not be communicated, transferred or, in any other way, transferred to other third parties, without users being previously informed of it and, with their consent, when this is required by law.
5. HOW WE COLLECT DATA ON THE SITE
Robertson Srl collects personal data and other information as part of the online registration processes on the Site or the sending of purchase order forms for products on the Site for the conclusion of e-commerce transactions. These data are processed by Robertson Srl within the limits and purposes described in the information presented to the user in the specific data collection section.
6. SECURITY MEASURES
However, as it is not possible to guarantee that the measures adopted for the security of the Site and the transmission of data and information on the Site itself limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data, we invite the user to ensure that his computer is equipped with updated antivirus software for the protection of the transmission of data on the network, both incoming and outgoing and that your Internet service provider has adopted firewalls and anti-spam filters or that are suitable for the security of data transmission on the network.

The user always has the right to obtain from each joint owner:
- updating, rectification or integration of your personal data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of your personal data, possibly processed in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the attestation that the above operations have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
In any case, you will have the right to object in whole or in part:

The Code guarantees that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
